Triumph provides you with various payment options for your online shopping convenience. Pay with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or PayPal.
For payment by credit enter the card number, the expiration date and the three-digit security code located next to the signature field on the right on the back of the card.
Please make sure to enter your data correctly to avoid delays. The invoice amount is authorised to your credit account when you send your order. The actual debit is not made until the goods are shipped.
In order to ensure the highest level of security, we offer the 3D Secure Standard for payment by credit card. As a result, a step is added to the online payment procedure. After you have logged in once, you need to enter a code for retailers that offer this service. Triumph guides you step by step through the 3D Secure Standard process during the payment transaction.
During the payment process, you will be forwarded to the PayPal page to log into PayPal account and finalize the payment. Once payment has taken place, you will be automatically redirected to the Triumph Online Shop.
Note: Please remember that your PayPal account must have sufficient credit for the transaction to be successfully completed.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal once the money has been transferred to our account. You will also receive a second e-mail from us complete with order confirmation.

Refunds with PayPal:
Once the return parcel arrives at Triumph and it is processed you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be credited directly to you PayPal account within the next days.
To ensure that you order and credit card information are secure, we always send your data in an encoded form. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encoding.
Your order is shipped by standard delivery with posti. For orders totaling 75,00 € and above after any promotions or discounts have been taken out Triumph is taking care of the shipping costs. Orders up to a merchandise value of 75,00 € a shipping fee of 4,50 € are charged.
Usually, you can expect standard deliveries sent with posti to arrive within 2 to 5 working days after your order has been approved and dispatched. Upon shipment of your order, you’ll receive an email notifying you of its status and orders are processed weekdays from Monday to Friday. In case no one is there to receive your order, you’ll receive a card informing you of the attempted delivery along with details about where and when to collect your package. Packages not collected within 20 days will be returned to Triumph.
We can easily send your order to a delivery address in Finland that is not the same as the invoice address.
You can check the shipping status of your order at any time. To do so, please use the link specified in the shipping confirmation email. The shipping status check does not work until after the sender’s system has been updated. If it does not work immediately, please try again at a later point in time.
If you do not receive your package although we have sent a delivery confirmation, please contact customer service by email or call +358 (0)9 - 3157 9198. Customer service will tell you how to proceed.
