Instructions for cancellation & Cancellation form

Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Postfach 72 11 63, 30531 Hannover, Germany, Tel.: +358 (0)9 - 3157 9198, E-Mail: of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods


With Triumph’s process for trouble-free returns, sending items back is just as easy as ordering. Please note that we can only accept goods purchased from the online store and that goods ordered online cannot be returned to any Triumph retail outlets or other Triumph stores. To return goods purchased online, complete the return form contained in the package and send it back together with the goods in question. We would be grateful if you could also specify the reason for the return (incorrect size, not what you wanted, etc.). This will help us to further improve our offering in future. Please repackage the products thoroughly to avoid transport damages. Ideally, please re-use the original wrapping.

Can't find the returns slip?

That can happen sometimes. Please contact our Online Shop Customer Service:

We will send you a new returns slip so you can return the goods to us postage paid. It would be a great help to us in locating your data faster if you could quote your Online Shop order number, first and last name and the e-mail address that you use.

Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged. Please note that we may ask for compensation for lost value in case the goods have been worn, washed or damaged.

You may also return products that are defective or incorrect. Please refer to our Online Terms and Conditions for details of our return policy.


Shortly after you have received an email confirming the return of the goods, we will reimburse the amount you paid for the goods. The reimbursement of the shipping costs is made as per our General Terms and Conditions.
Please note: It may take up to ten business days for the amount to be credited to your account.

Refunds with PayPal:
Once the return parcel arrives at Triumph and it is processed you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be credited directly to you PayPal account within the next days.

Your legal rights

Please note that nothing in this section affects your legal rights. You can obtain advice about your legal rights from your local Citizen's Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
